Project (1): To provide outplacement services to the closure of a manufacturing factory.
• Delivered a 1:1 career counselling service.

Project(2): To identify, design and deliver improved business performance within the Production Department.
• Design and deliver an assessment programme that identified relevant issues. This
included the creation of a company questionnaire, an in-depth interview programme with
the Operations Director, Managers(13 people), and Cell Leaders(27 people), an
analysis of the results and presentation to the Senior Management.
• Facilitated focus groups (Board, Management, Staff, Shopfloor) on a strategy for change.
• Facilitated Management meetings (Board, Management, Cell Leaders)
